Fun Family Portraits – photography in Orange County

I met this fun group and had a great family photo shoot in the yellow flowers. The yellow flowers arrive every spring and this year the flowers have lasted much longer since we had a good amount of rain this year. The wild flowers last for about 8 weeks usually and are great photograph opportunities for family photography just in time for mothers day or graduation portraits.

For this location we were able to shoot along the trail and in the flowers without disturbing the beauty of this location. I also really enjoyed including god parents and family dog. Also worth noting you do not have to get super fancy for every photo shoot sometimes a fun outfit that tells the story of who you are makes for a comfortable photo opportunity where everyone is smiling and having fun as themselves.
